Emmanuella Pobeni Adepoju Passes

Emmanuella Pobeni Adepoju, a revered staff of Nigeria’s premium broadcasting outfit TVC Communications and operators of MAX FM has died on Friday, July 24, 2020.

Iya Jogbo, as she was popularly called died after a brief illness of bronchitis and an enlarged heart.

In a message conveyed by Andrew Hanlon, chief executive officer, TVC Communications, the demise of Emmanuella is rather a sad news to the entire organisation adding that she has left a footprint in her devotion to work as a prominent member of the popular radio programme, Wetin Dey.

“Whilst we struggle to come to terms with her untimely passing, our hearts and minds are focussed solely on her beloved children and her immediate and extended family and friends.

“Emmanuella’s presence will be with us forever as she leaves a legacy of enormous talent and spirit from the almost 10 years she spent with the company as a key member of the much loved Wetin Dey,” said Hanlon.
